Within 24 hours of receipt of your loan package, Salvation Processing will input the loan into our mortgage system. Your processor will then review the file within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, and will notify the Loan Officer of any required items via email or fax.
All required 3rd party documents will be ordered - once documents are received, Salvation Processing will submit the loan package to the lender of your choice. Originating loan officer is responsible for choice of lender, program and locking rate.
