Within 24 hours of receipt of your loan package, Salvation Processing will input the loan into our mortgage system. Your processor will then review the file within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, and will notify the Loan Officer of any required items via email or fax. All required 3rd party documents will be ordered - once documents are received, Salvation Processing will submit the loan package to the lender of your choice. Originating loan officer is responsible for choice of lender, program and locking rate. Please refer to our Procedures page for further details of our services and responsibilities. Our quality control standards are among the highest in the industry, and our personal standards are even higher.
