Mortgage Loan Processing Center - Mortgage Loan Processing

Salvation Processing will submit your loan package to your lender, clear conditions and schedule closing, maintaining clear and open communications throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities:

The Broker will -

  • Take the loan application
  • Collect disclosures
  • Collect borrower documents
  • Identify lender and program

Salvation Processing will -

  • Order the appraisal
  • Order pay-off if required
  • Verify disclosures
  • Review credit and all borrower documents
  • Order any required 3rd party verifications
  • Complete loan package and submit to lender
  • Clear lender conditions

All broker submitted files MUST include:

  • Loan processing submission form
  • Completed and signed Form 1003
  • Copy of GFE
  • Credit Report
  • All signed disclosures
  • Signed borrower’s authorization form

Broker is required to supply the above information in a complete package at time of loan submission. Failure to supply all items will result in processing delays.

To expedite the processing of your file, please include the following:

  • Contract agreement
  • 30 days paystubs
  • 2 year’s W-2’s
  • 2 month’s bank statements - ALL pages
  • Full contact information of landlord(s) for past 24 months
  • 401K or other retirement account statements
  • 2 year’s 1040’s with ALL schedules if self-employed or commissioned

FHA submissions:

  • Copy of borrower’s Social Security card(s) 
  • CAIVRS

VA submissions:

  • Certificate of Eligibility 
  • CAIVRS
  • LES statement
