Salvation Processing will submit your loan package to your lender, clear conditions and schedule closing, maintaining clear and open communications throughout the loan process.
|
|
|
Responsibilities:
The Broker will -
- Take the loan application
- Collect disclosures
- Collect borrower documents
- Identify lender and program
Salvation Processing will -
- Order the appraisal
- Order pay-off if required
- Verify disclosures
- Review credit and all borrower documents
- Order any required 3rd party verifications
- Complete loan package and submit to lender
- Clear lender conditions

All broker submitted files MUST include:
- Loan processing submission form
- Completed and signed Form 1003
- Copy of GFE
- Credit Report
- All signed disclosures
- Signed borrower’s authorization form
Broker is required to supply the above information in a complete package at time of loan submission. Failure to supply all items will result in processing delays.
To expedite the processing of your file, please include the following:
- Contract agreement
- 30 days paystubs
- 2 year’s W-2’s
- 2 month’s bank statements - ALL pages
- Full contact information of landlord(s) for past 24 months
- 401K or other retirement account statements
- 2 year’s 1040’s with ALL schedules if self-employed or commissioned
FHA submissions:
- Copy of borrower’s Social Security card(s)
- CAIVRS
VA submissions:
- Certificate of Eligibility
- CAIVRS
- LES statement
