Setting up your account and submitting your loans is easy. Simply follow the procedures outlined below:

• New Brokers - Complete and sign the Loan Processing Agreement - fax a copy to (813) 386-0254 and mail the original to our office. A signed copy will be returned to you.
• Complete a Loan Submission Form for each file; email or fax a copy to us and include with your original document package.
• Email your password protected Point or Fannie Mae (.fnm) files to jane@salvationprocessing.com so we can immediately get to work on them. Or fax documents to (813) 345-4108.
• Upon receipt of the above, we will enter the file in our processing system and advise you of it’s status immediately by email.
• Transmit the original file to our office in a secure manner (See our Procedures page for required documents).
